BESCHREIBUNG:

"Jumbo V" ist getrost als fünfter Teil der "Jet Star" Serie anzusehen. So weit ich weiß, wurde diese Bahn nur ein einziges Mal hergestellt. Die "Münchner Super 8 Bahn" wurde von der deutschen Schaustellerfirma Kinzler 1983 erworben und betrieben. Nachdem die Bahn nach England verkauft wurde, befand sie sich dort eine Zeit im "Rotunda" Park in Folkstone. Dann wurde sie an den "Pleasurewood Hills" Park in Corton, England weiterverkauft. Dort läuft sie unter dem Namen "Cannonball Express", was soviel heißt wie "Kanonenkugel Express". Hier wurde die Anlage etwas thematisiert und die Optik der Fahrzeuge wurde verändert. Es sind nun kleine Eisenbahnzüge, bestehend aus je einer Lokomotive und einem Anhänger.

"Jumbo V" is probably the fifth part of the "Jet Star" serie. As far as I know, only one coaster of this type was built. The "Münchner Super 8 Bahn", purchased and operated by the german showmen company Kinzler, opened to the public in 1983. After the coaster found it's way to England, it had a stay at "Rotunda" park in Folkstone. Then it was sold to "Pleasurewood Hills" in Corton, UK and called "Cannonball Express". At "Pleasurewood Hills", the coaster got a little themeing and so the design of the cars has been changed, too. Each unit looks now like a small railroad-train, consisting of locomotive and trailer.
